In situ Synthesis of Oligonucleotides on Plasma Treated Polypropylene Microporous Membrane

Polypropylene microporous membranes were treated with plasma in a mixture of N2 and H2 (1:2 in volume). Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ultra-violet (UV) spectra demonstrated the success of grafting amino groups. The density of the polar amino groups on the membrane surface is about 0.59 μmol/cm^2. The as-treated membranes were successively applied to the in situ synthesis of oligonucleotides and an average coupling yield was more than 98%. The surface feature of the treated membrane is suggested to be responsible for its advantage over a glass slide.

A Novel Green Preparation of a, a''''-Bis (substituted benzylidene)-cycloalkanones Promoted by FeCl_3 6H-2O in Ionic Liquid

a, a'-Bis(substituted benzylidene)cycloalkanones were efficiently prepared from cycloalkanones and benzaldehydes in [bmim][BF4] by using iron(III) chloride hexahydrate as a catalyst. It is shown that [bmim][BF4] and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate can be quantitatively recovered and be reused effectively for many times. Compared with the known methods, this novel process has the advantage of being an envkonmentally benign process together with good yields and mild reaction conditions.     

玻璃管负载纳米TiO2薄膜的制备及其对乙烯降解的研究

采用sol—gel技术，在细玻璃管表面制备了La掺杂复合TiO2薄膜，采用封闭循环装置考察了催化剂负载质量、镧掺杂量、热处理温度和湿度等因素对催化活性的影响．结果表明，随着薄膜层数的增加，乙烯降解率增加，UV-VIS在近紫外的吸收随层数的变化与之吻合；镧掺杂量为1.5％、热处理温度500℃催化剂活性最高，而湿度的增大有利于提高乙烯的降解率和降解速度．     

Spectroscopy Investigation on Conformational Transition of Tea Glycoconjugate from Green Tea

The conformational transition of a new glycoconjugate, tea glycoconjugate (TGC), was investigated by spectroscopy techniques including circular dichroism (CD) and ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy. The solution behaviors of TGC in the mediums of different temperature, pH value, and ions were compared. Results showed that the native conformation of TGC was partially ordered. The CD value and UV absorbance of TGC altered with the change of pH value, temperature, the addition of ions, and also accompanied order-disorder transition. Especially the conditions with temperature higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg=62℃), higher pH value or lower pH value will have the most impact on the conformation of TGC, which will destroy the hydrogen bonds between the TGC molecules. The results indicated that the outside factors play important roles on the stability of the conformation of TGC.

碳铂类似物的合成,表征及对大鼠W—256肉瘤的抑制作用

合成了十八种〔PtA_2X〕·yH_2O,其中A分别为NH_3、CH_3NH_2、1/2乙二胺和1/2(2,3-二甲基-2,3-丁二胺),X分别为1,1-环丙烷二羧酸根(CPrDCA)、2-甲-1,1-环丙烷二羧酸根(2-M-CPrDCA)、2-甲-1,1-环丁烷二羧酸根(2-M-CBDCA)、1,2-环戊烷二羧酸根(CPDCA)和1,1-环已烷二羧酸根(CHDCA),并进行了表征。测定了配合物抑制大鼠W-256肉瘤的活性,发现配合物〔Pt(NH_3)_2X〕系列按X不同有以下的活性次序:CPrDCA>2-M-CPrDCA>CPDCA>CBDCA(碳铂)≥2-M-CBDCA。

Synthesis of Polyacrylaminothiourea Chelating Fiber and Properties of Concentration and Separation of Trace Noble Metal Ions from Samples

A novel polyacrylaminothiourea chelating fiber was synthesized simply and rapidly from nitrilon (an acrylonitrile-based synthetic fiber), which was applied to preconcentrate and separate of trace amount of Au(Ⅲ）,Pt(Ⅳ）,Pd(Ⅳ） and Ir (Ⅳ） ions from solution of samples.The analyzed ions can be quantitatively concentrated by the fiber up to a flow rate of 20.0mL/min at pH2, and can also be desorbed with 15 mL of 4mol/L HCl 3% thiourea from the fiber column with recoveries of 96.5%-100%.The chelating fiber can be reused for ten times,the recoveries of these ions are still over 92%,and hundred to thousand times of excess of Fe(Ⅲ）,Al（Ⅲ）,Ca(Ⅱ），Mg（Ⅱ）,Ni(Ⅱ）,Mn（Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ），Zn(Ⅱ），and Cd(Ⅱ） cause no interference on the determination of the analyzed ions by inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).The static saturation adsorption capacities of the fiber for the analytes are in the range of 1.15-2.80mmol/g.The relative standard deviations for the determination of 20.0ng/mL each of Au(Ⅲ）,Pt(Ⅳ）,Pd(Ⅳ）and Ir(Ⅳ） are in the range of 0.7%-3.0%.The recoveries for test from standard additions to real solution samples are between 96% and 100%.The concentration of each ion in powder sample detected by the method is in good agreement with the certified value.
